I collect only the data necessary to deliver the digital product (a personalized development plan):

• Email address – to deliver the plan and provide purchase confirmation.

Information you submit voluntarily, such as:

• your learning goals,
• preferred learning methods (e.g., books, podcasts),
• time you can commit,
• challenges you face with learning,
• etc.

These inputs are used only to generate your custom plan via AI (e.g., GPT) and are not considered personal data unless they contain identifiable information (which I do not request).

3. Why do I collect this data?

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• To generate and deliver your personalized development plan.
• To send a purchase receipt and download link.
• To respond to support requests or refund inquiries.
• To improve the quality of the service based on anonymized user inputs.

4. Legal basis for processing (under GDPR)

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (delivering the purchased product).
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in communicating with customers and improving services.

5. Do I share your data?

Yes – but only with trusted service providers needed to operate the service:

• Stripe, Inc. – for secure payment processing.
• Supabase, Inc. – for data storage.
• Resend, Inc. – for sending transactional emails (e.g., download links).
• OpenAI or similar AI providers – for generating your plan based on the submitted input.

None of these parties are allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

6. How long is your data stored?

Your email and plan-related inputs are stored for up to 6 years to comply with accounting and legal obligations.

If you request deletion of your data, it will be removed earlier – unless required for legal purposes.

7. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the data I have about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to processing.
• Request data portability.

• Your privacy is respected – your data will only be used to provide the service you've paid for.
