By using the service, you are agreeing to receive a personalized plan based on the information you provide, including but not limited to your learning goals, preferences, challenges, and available time for study.

3. Account Registration

To use the service, you may be required to provide your email address and other relevant information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

4. Payment Terms

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to pay the specified amount for the service. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and the terms of Stripe's payment processing policies apply.

All payments are non-refundable once the report is delivered. If there are any issues with the payment process, please contact us at support@similareo.com.

5. Usage of Content

You may use the digital report solely for personal purposes. The content of the report is generated by AI and is provided for informational purposes only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the content without prior written consent from the administrator.

The digital report is available for 30 days from the time of delivery. After this period, the report will no longer be accessible, and you will need to make a new purchase to receive another copy.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the website and the digital plans provided, including but not limited to the design, layout, graphics, text, and AI-generated content, remain the property of Bartosz Rzepiński or third-party providers (such as OpenAI, Stripe, etc.). You do not have any rights to use, copy, modify, or distribute the content without explicit permission.

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bartosz Rzepiński shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or from the AI-generated content.
